Great show like always guys. One quick note on something Matt said about the XPERIA being the only device he's seen with an FM radio: coincidently, I just received the new HTC Touch Cruise today and it does have an integrated FM radio. I posted up some unboxing pix in case anyone is interested.

I thought I would respond to what seemed like Matt's confusion over Centro vs. Treo line. (I'm not an authority, but just a Palm OS 3rd party developer).
Palm has decided that the naming of the devices will (from now on) be based on the OS the device runs. "Centro" is now the term used for any device that runs "Palm OS", while "Treo" will be used for any device that runs Windows Mobile. Even though the new AT&T "Centro" and the european 500v are in the same basic "package", they are called "Centro" and "Treo" respectively due to the fact that they run different OSs.
Also, the new Treo 500v which was mentioned is a Windows Mobile 6 "Standard" edition. It is a non-touchscreen device similar to a T-Mobile Dash. I think this is why Palm decided to go with the cheaper (Centro like) packaging.
Another note on the GSM Centro. Although it might "look" new, here is Palm's description of the Palm OS and features it has:
"Running on Palm OS® 5.4.9 by ACCESS, Centro GSM smartphones are based on Treo 680 base applications. "
Palm OS 5 has now been out for about 5 or 6 years if I remember correctly. It may be "snappy" and "quick", but once you start adding additional software to it it quickly can become unstable. Their NVFS implementation has been nothing but a developers nightmare since they first released it. If you like cell phones that randomly reboot, then this just might be the phone for you (if you start adding things to it beyond what it ships with).
