MoTR 123 is 31:40 minutes long and is a 29.1 MB file in MP3 format.

INTRO: Based on “Time v2.1″ by Meta Sektion, additional mixing by James Kendrick.
HOSTS: James Kendrick (Houston), Matthew Miller (Seattle) and Kevin C. Tofel (Philadelphia)

TOPICS:

Why do broken Apple products "just work" in the Apple Store? :)
Two of out three MobileTechRoundup-pers have new gear on the way.
Matt succumbed to the dark side and ordered "Darth Vader": a Fujitsu U810 UMPC.
James has a Fujitsu P1620 with 2 GB of RAM arriving in a few weeks.
Does the P1620 replace or supplement the HP2710p for James?
Freeware of the show: JoikuSpot turns your S60 device in to WiFi hotspot.
T-Mobile updates the Shadow; Matt can type even faster on it now.
Did T-Mobile misplace their 3G network? ;)
Matt's off to Barcelona for the Mobile World Conference; perhaps we'll get an update from Spain on the next MoTR?

Hey James, great show. Question. If you didn't already have the 2710p would you be able to do just fine with the P1620 only? or are there times when you just have to have a little larger screen. I think we have the same work style so I'll be interested in your answer. I am waiting for a refresh on the 2710 but maybe the 1620 would be okay for me. the only 2 things it doesn't have that I wanted to order on the 2710p are the 64g SSD and the built in Verizon card.

Good luck with your new machine.
